Amber is an estate planning and probate attorney dedicated to guiding clients through every stage of succession planning and estate administration with clarity and compassion. Raised in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Amber brings the grounding values of her small‑town upbringing—candor, empathy, and connection—to her work. She takes time to understand her clients’ stories, weaving both personal and family priorities into thoughtful plans that protect what matters most.
Before she was an estate planning attorney, Amber built a well‑rounded career in private investment management, gaining experience at a Big Four accounting firm and on Wall Street. This background gives her unique insight into how families build, grow, and preserve wealth across generations. She is licensed in Texas, Louisiana, and Georgia, and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A., 2001) and Louisiana State University Law Center (J.D., 2004).
Outside of the office, Amber enjoys hiking with her son, Pierce, and their dog, Annie.

Gigi brings extensive experience and a client-centered approach to her role as Client Relationship Manager. Raised in Asheville, NC, she has cultivated strong professional relationships for more than two decades in client-facing roles. Gigi earned her bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University. A seasoned non-attorney expert in rental real estate, Gigi offers valuable insight to clients with property portfolios and is committed to delivering exceptional service at every stage of the client experience. Known for her empathy and professionalism, she is especially passionate about supporting families and guiding clients through sensitive matters with care and discretion. When she is not working, Gigi enjoys films, reading, and spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their two dogs, Max and Monte.
